Notes:
You must be a member to join the film festival. Films can be made by anyone. 3 judges rate everyone's film. Everyone can give their own rating to each other's film, except their own. Top 3 finalists make the runners up and festival winner. Audience Favorite award will be alloted to the film with the highest rating by the filmmakers. Top movie in its category will also get an award. Notice: Music videos are a slightly different part of the festival. They are the easiest to make, but will most likely not win the festival. They are on a sort of separate track. We are still working on getting some cool awards out. Every movie will have a judge rating. You can see online what other filmmakers rated your movie, and others.
Judging:
The judges will rate the films according to A: Creativity - 20%; B: Quality - 30%; C: Plot Line - 50%. Watch for movies here.
